What you give
About an hour
A relaxed conversation on Zoom, from wherever you are.
- A short chat beforehand to plan it together
- Your story, and what you've learned along the way
- Nothing to prepare beyond being yourself
The podcast
Everyone is an expert in something.
Conversations with people who know their craft and have lived their story: what they know, how they learned it, and what they'd tell someone just starting out. Hosted by Mat Leger, with recurring guest co-hosts and speakers.

What you'll hear
How people got where they are, including the parts that didn't go to plan.
A skill, a habit, or a new way of seeing the work, from someone who does it every day.
Every conversation is filmed and recorded, so you can watch it or take it with you.
Healers and builders, teachers and makers, people who started over and people who never stopped.
The hosts
Almost two decades behind the microphone and the camera, producing podcasts, video, and online events. On this show he asks the questions and keeps the tech out of the way.
Recurring guest co-hosts and speakers who become familiar voices. First friends of the show, and over time, brothers and sisters of the same community.
Some episodes, a familiar face takes the co-host chair. Now and then, someone takes Mat's. You never quite know who'll be across the table, and that's half the fun.

Questions
No. Plenty of guests are first-timers. We plan the conversation together beforehand, and you can't get it wrong by being yourself.
Your expertise and your story, in whatever mix feels right. You decide what's off the table.
No. A laptop and a quiet room are enough. If you'd like, we look at your camera, microphone, and lighting together before we record, so you look and sound your best.
No. Being a guest is free and comes with no obligation. If you ever want help with your own podcast or content, that's a separate conversation, and only if you start it.
Ask to be a guest. We'll set up a short chat, plan the conversation together, and record when you're ready.
