I started in production over twenty years ago and kept going wherever the work was most needed: audio, video, live events, instructional design, voice acting, holistic business consultation. The thread through all of it has been the same. Someone needs something complex done well, and I figure out how to do it.
For twelve years I was embedded at an eLearning company doing all of that under one roof. I built virtual events from scratch, coached subject matter experts through their first time on camera, designed SCORM courses for federal compliance, voiced hundreds of training modules, and managed projects from concept to LMS deployment. That's where "zero technical failures in 20+ years" came from. Not luck. Care.
Your Expert Voice is the brand I built to offer all of that directly to clients. Maple Grove Productions is the studio that quietly powers the production side. The two work together so that you get a full production operation, without the overhead of one.
I work with one man at a time, the way a skilled craftsman does. No layers, no account managers, no junior staff. The man you talk to is the man who delivers the work. That's not a sales pitch. That's just how I prefer to work.
How I work
Quality over volume. I'd rather do excellent work for fewer clients than mediocre work for many. That's the trade.
Honest before easy. If your project doesn't need me, I'll tell you. If your idea has a flaw, I'll name it. If you're underpricing yourself, I'll push back.
Behind the scenes by design. My job is to make you look great, not to be visible myself. The best work I do is the work nobody sees, because everything just works.
Long-term over transactional. The clients I work with longest tend to be the ones who got the most value. Recurring relationships beat one-off projects, for both of us.
