I'll provide specific recommendations to ensure broadcast-quality output. We'll do a practice run so you feel comfortable with the technology before the actual recording session.

Production Phase

Step 3: Recording Session (1-3 hours)

This is where your expertise shines. You'll present your content via Zoom while I provide gentle coaching and encouragement. We can structure this as a monologue, dialogue, or interview, whatever feels most natural to you. Take all the time you need. Do as many takes as necessary. There's no pressure, no rushing, and no judgment.

During the session, I'll:

• Handle all technical aspects so you can focus on teaching

Post-Production Phase

Step 4: Professional Editing & Enhancement (3-5 business days)

After recording, I take over completely. I'll edit your content for clarity, pacing, and engagement. This includes removing filler words, long pauses, false starts, and any technical glitches. I'll enhance audio quality, adjust lighting and color, and add any necessary graphics, transitions, or visual elements. The result is a polished, professional course that looks and sounds exceptional.

Step 5: Review & Revision Cycle (1-2 rounds)

You'll receive a preview of the edited course to review. Watch it carefully and provide feedback. Want something removed? Added? Changed? No problem. We'll make revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final product. Most courses require only minor tweaks, but I'm committed to getting it exactly right.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Launch Support (1-2 business days)

Once approved, I'll package your course in SCORM or xAPI format (whichever your LMS requires). You'll receive the complete files along with clear instructions for uploading and launching. If you need help with the technical aspects of deployment, I'm available to guide you through that process as well.
